i feel like i haven't really taken a photo in a while.

kind of since india (which was last december).

well, i've taken some, but nothing consistently. i think it has been a whirlwind of post, but now it is time for inspiration.

this is something i read in an article by Sean Kernan:

"Wander around in a state of emptiness, looking for nothing, ready for anything. Take a camera with you, but don't try to take pictures. Let pictures take you."

yes. here's to inspiration. i think it is something that i can't wait around for. it is in the action that i discover.

now, how to get to the action?

needless to say, i haven't posted in a while. i think i just became unsure of why i was posting. i don't really like to write on a blog: it feels quite vulnerable. like i'm not see-through enough as it is.

haha.

i just got back from india. the group decided not to post key images, and as editing is my weakest point, i'm just not sure which images will be used. so, for india, you will have to wait. just like me. waiting to maybe one day go back.

we have only been back a few days. yesterday i spent all day in bed. i feel kind of sick. i'm scared to eat the food here. it smells weird, things taste weird. everything is the same here. the people are the same, the traffic is the same (ok, the gas prices went down--a definite plus), but i think i have changed, and i'm not quite sure how i've changed. i'm also not quite sure how i fit in. maybe i never was.  sure of how i fit in, that is.
